TrackView Asset Management

The following range of products is available in the trackView range:

TrackView Standard

Standard version of TrackView gives Engineers the ability to map all aspects of the automation landscape. The user can group assets by site, plant or buiding, see spares inventories, get reminders for tasks or print a report of current overrides in force. The Standard version is a single user license with the ability to specify unlimited sites.

TrackView Professional

The professional version has all the features of the standard version with the exception that it can automaticaaly populate a control system arcjitecture diagram using meaningful icons to give a better understanding of the automation architecture per system. Also included is the ability to scan the network to allow collection of PC related data on the network. The license is for one user and one database. The database can be either Orale 10g, MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server

TrackView Enterprise

The Enterprise version has all the features of the Standard and Professional version as well as being able to be used by multiple users across the network. We do not charge for number of device connections or users (known as CALs) however, your selected database may use this licensing model.

Software Support

There are 2 levels of support available, based on a 12 month period as outlined in our Service Level Agreements

Standard: This is email support only with a guarenteed response within 1 working day.
Platinum: As outline in our SLA, help desk and email support, resolution within the same day.

Both support levels qualify for minor product upgrades for eaxmple (1.x to 1.x) and security paches as available.
